admirable riverside stay

consistent assistance excellent quality convenient location

the staff consistently offered assistance and demonstrated amazing kindness. breakfast presented excellent quality. the hotel provided a convenient location near tourist attractions and transportation options. i found complimentary snacks and coffee available in the reception area.

the smoking area near the hotel entrance allowed odors to enter the premises. this impacted the air quality inside.

beautiful room amazing breakfast

i really liked the beautiful king room it was quiet facing the canal the air conditioning worked very well. breakfast was amazing too the breakfast area lets you watch local life and nature.

the location was really convenient. i walked to several temples with no problem. the breakfast buffet had many choices. i saw fresh fruit, eggs, and pastries.

underwhelming stay near khaosan road

inadequate cleaning minibar check

the location was acceptable, near the tourist area and with some street food around.

The room cleaning wasn't always thorough. I noticed toothpaste splatters on the wall from a previous guest. the breakfast time wasn't what i was initially told at check-in. The reception insisted on checking the minibar before i departed, even though they knew my departure time and could have done it earlier. this felt substandard for a hotel of this type.

Excellent Stay on the Riverside

clean room coffee facilities rooftop pool

My room was very clean, and I found tea and coffee facilities useful. I appreciated having a 7-Eleven right opposite the hotel for quick essentials. The rooftop pool offered a nice treat with great views.
